Currently, we offer Restorative and Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes. Twice a month, our classes will end with a special Sound Therapy; more info below. Private classes are also available.
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice designed to promote relaxation and stress relief. It involves holding passive poses for extended periods, often supported by props, allowing the body to release tension and encouraging a deep sense of calm.
Vinyasa yoga, on the other hand, is a dynamic and flowing style that synchronizes breath with movement. It emphasizes a continuous sequence of poses, fostering strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Vinyasa offers a more invigorating experience compared to the restorative approach.
In summary, restorative yoga focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation through supported, restful poses, while Vinyasa yoga emphasizes a dynamic flow of postures to enhance strength and flexibility, combining breath and movement for a more energetic practice.
